1. Maker Festivals featuring Bead Fest | August 1-3, 2025

Maker Festivals Returns to Lancaster This August with Bead Fest and More!

Lancaster is set to sparkle this August as Maker Festivals featuring Bead Fest returns from August 1–3, 2025 and this year, the Fiber Arts community is joining the fun too! Expect thousands of jewelry makers and fiber artists, a vibrant Marketplace, and hands-on workshops for every skill level.

2. Gin Garden | August 1, 2025 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Sip & Stroll: An Evening in the Demuth Museum Garden.

Looking for a laid-back summer evening in Lancaster? Head to the Demuth Museum Garden for a night of cocktails, live music by Dane Fox, and a little artsy inspiration. Local favorites Lancaster Distilleries and Thistle Finch will be serving up Charles Demuth’s favorite spirits, with mocktails and non-alcoholic options, too. Enjoy lawn games, explore the latest exhibit by Artist-in-Residence Ana Neifeld, and soak up the garden vibes.

3. Yummie's Birthday Party | August 2, 2025 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Yummie’s Birthday Bash: A Sweet Celebration in Lancaster County.

Get ready to party with Yummie the Gingerbread Man and all his wacky mascot friends at Kitchen Kettle Village! This over-the-top birthday bash is perfect for kids (and grown-ups who love a little whimsy). With festive fun, sweet treats, and PA Dutch charm, it’s a celebration you won’t want to miss!

4. Make & Take: Flower Pot Painting | August 2, 2025 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Add a Pop of Color with a Dot Mandala Planter Workshop!


Looking to get creative and unwind? Stop by for a self-paced mandala dotting workshop led by artist Debbie Sizemore of Dot & Dusty, and paint your very own 4-inch clay flower pot. You’ll choose your colors and learn how to create beautiful circular designs using the relaxing art of mandala dotting. No experience needed!

This drop-in style workshop runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with all materials and guidance included for just $25 per person. You’ll head home with a finished, ready-to-plant pot that’s as unique as your design.

Walk-ins are welcome, but space is limited. Reserve your spot ahead of time to guarantee a seat. Plants not included; pots may vary in style.

5. Summer Dining Experience | August 7, 2025 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM

An Unforgettable Farm-to-Table Dinner Experience Near Lancaster, PA!

Escape to the countryside for an enchanting four-course dining experience set among historic barns, spring-fed ponds, and sweeping views just outside Lancaster. Hosted at The Farm at Eagles Ridge, this special evening is curated by the internationally awarded chefs of The JDK Group, who’ve created a seasonal menu that celebrates local flavor at its finest.

6. Lititz Rotary Craft Show | August 9, 2025 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Each year, the charming streets of downtown Lititz transform into a handmade haven during the Lititz Craft Show, one of the top craft shows on the East Coast. With over 700 talented crafters from across the U.S. and Canada, visitors can explore a vibrant mix of artisan goods lining Main and Broad Streets.

It’s the perfect way to spend a summer day– shopping, strolling, and soaking in the creative energy of beautiful Lititz!

7. 12th Anniversary Deck Celebration | August 9, 2025 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

It’s Deck Party Time! Live Music, Food & Summer Vibes.

Celebrate 12 years of music on the deck with an afternoon of live tunes, good eats, and all-around fun. The Selman Brothers take the stage from 1:30–4:30pm, and a local food truck will be on-site to keep you fueled.

🎉 Free admission from 12–5pm, plus giveaways and good vibes all around!

Stick around for Saturday Cigar Night starting at 5pm, just $8 per person (or flash your season deck pass). Enjoy the smooth sounds of Starlight Serenade from 6–8:30pm as the sun sets.

8. 11th Annual Triathlon with Lititz recCenter | August 10. 2025 7:45 AM –5:00 PM

Race Through Lititz at the 11th Annual Triathlon. 

The 11th Annual Triathlon with the Lititz recCenter returns on Sunday, August 10, and it’s perfect for both first-timers and seasoned athletes. Participants can compete solo or team up in groups of 2–3.

The course includes a 300-meter swim in the outdoor pool, a 15.8-mile bike ride, and a 3.1-mile run through the scenic farmlands around Lititz, a beautiful backdrop for an energizing challenge!
