"Paul was a life saver for my wife and me. Paul did a very detailed market assessment of our house and did all of the media and local announcements to get it out to a wide audience. The day it went on the market, it sold for more than the asking price. Paul was very busy that day helping us sift through the various bids a… nd helping us make the best choice.My wife and I were moving from Millersville (Lancaster County) to Jamison (Bucks County). Unfortunately, on the day we made settlement on the house in Jamison, I passed out, broke some bones in my face, and spent the next 34 days in the hospital. The movers were scheduled to move us the following week after my fall.Paul helped my wife, who has a disability, with our move to Jamison. He arranged for all the paperwork to be sent to the hospital for my signature and for the paperwork to be sent to our Jamison location for my wife to sign. Paul also arranged for house cleaning and junk removal at the Millersville house. He even helped us with the final cleanout of the garage where all the stuff that wasn't coming to Jamison was stored. The place was spotless and empty for the new owners thanks to Paul. Every time I called or texted Paul he was right there to answer my questions or volunteer to help in some way. Settlement went off without any issues and Paul continued to assist us with contacting the new owners to finalize some things with the house that were missed because I was hospitalized.I’m not sure if any Realtors would get involved like Paul did. My wife and I are very grateful to have Paul as our Realtor and friend."
